  • How to create an account?

    You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

  • How to use Access Codes?

    You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

  • How to take a Course?

    After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

  • I have issues with Login, what should I do?

    You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
    If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@escholars.in with the issue details.

  • I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

    Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@escholars.in

  • How to report an issue on the app?

    For any other issues, please drop an email to support@escholars.in with the complete issue details.

3. Now go to Books Section (Home Delivery), as shown in the below mentioned Screen Shot
4. After selecting the Book, click add to card and follow the Steps to complete the payment procedure.
5. After successful payment transaction, you will get the payment receipt on your registered E-Mail ID
6. It is requested that you may please fill your complete billing address with PIN CODE.
7. You will get the Books within 15 Days

STEPS TO USE ESCHOLARS COURSE
Dear Student,

1. You can Access our course through our website https://www.escholars.in/

2. If you are a New User then Create your log in (On the website Click on Login and press Sign up Button & fill your all details to create your login Id),
3. There are Two methods to access our Course:-

a) Through any Internet Browser (Like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer etc.) on any Desktop, Laptop, Tab or on Mobile Phone Browser.

b) Through Our Mobile App “Escholars” (Available in Google Play Store) On the Mobile Phone or Tab

4. The Email Id and Password you created/enter at the time of Payment will be used as your Login Credentials to Login into the Escholars website

5. After Login to the website, go to My Course & Click on Continue Course, after that , Click on any Subject to view the Video Lectures & PDF Files

Also please read the below mentioned Important Instructions for the smooth running of the Course :-

1. For Offline Study and to Save & Print PDF Files we had given a facility to download Video Lectures & PDF Files only on our Mobile Application “Escholars” , Please note that this download facility is for “One Mobile Device for ONCE ONLY”

2. The Server registers your First Mobile Device in which you had installed the Escholars App and it allows only that particular mobile Device for that particular subject. For example If at the First time you have Download the Video Files & PDF Files of your Accounts Subject in your VIVO Mobile Phone and after that you had installed the Escholars App in your NOKIA Mobile Phone then the Server Does not Allows you to open or download the Files of your Accounts Subject in NOKIA Mobile Phone , the Accounts Subject will open in your VIVO Phone Only

3. Please Note that the Video Lectures & PDF Files will not be downloaded on Internet browser like Google Chrome

4. Please note that at one time you can login in one device only,

5. For the smooth running of the Course on the “Escholars App”, It is Recommended that you should follow the below mentioned steps
First check your Mobile device for the following things:

a) The internal memory of your mobile phone should atleast have 10 GB of free space.
b) If you have less free space then you will face the problems like slow browsing, buffering, audio not working properly, video not working properly etc.
c) Check your Mobile Phone for unwanted softwares / unwanted Games & viruses
(It is recommended that please remove unwanted Softwares & Games from your Mobile Phone)
d) If you are using Whats App Application in the Same Mobile Phone then it is Strongly Recommended that in the Whats App in the Application settings go to Media Auto Download Section and Uncheck the Options (Audio & Video), so that the Audios & Videos should not be Download Automatically in your Mobile Phone, As it chokes the Internet Data automatically and you are not aware of it, Due to this it affects badly in the smooth Running of the Course.
e) While studying the course if you are using Mobile Data then at that time the Connection’s Signal Strength must be 100% and there should be enough data present in your Internet plan .(Its recommended that if it is possible then use Broadband Internet Connection)
6. If you are facing any problem in watching the Video lectures via your Mobile App then we recommend you that, IF it is Possible then please Cross Check the Same Video & PDF Files on Google Chrome on any Computer or Laptop having good Broadband Internet Connection
7. Also we remind you that after the first login to the Ecsholars App , please do not log out from it because otherwise it may be result in loss of your downloaded data.
8. However you can watch the video Lectures & view the PDF Files through the Internet Browser at any time

For any Academic query
1. Please send your query on the Doubt Box,

2. It is shown in Browser Only (Google Chrome), Right now it is not available on Escholars Mobile App

3. It is shown as a Envelop Icon,

4. To see it go to any Subject in my course and play any Video Lecture then you will see the chat box icon on the Right Bottom Corner (As shown in the below mentioned screen shot)

STEPS TO AVOID FOUR DEVICES ERROR
Dear Student,
1. Always use the Escholars App (Installed in your First Primary Mobile Device) & Any Single Browser (Google Chrome) to avoid this problem & Do not Log Out from the Escholars App & as well as from Google Chrome,
2. When your work is finished then directly close the Tab of Google Chrome (Do Not Logout from Escholars Website),
3. Next time when you open the Chrome & type the website name on the Address bar, it will directly go to my Course.
4. Please note that at one time you can login in one device only,
5. Like If you are login into Mobile App and at the same time you have logged in to the Google Chrome Browser then you will automatically logged out from Internet Browser & Vice Versa
6. It is advised that use only TWO Devices i.e. 1. Mobile App 2. Google Chrome (using any Computer / Laptop / Tab or Mobile Device) and do not logout from these two devices,
7. When you use Mobile App then Close the Tab of Google Chrome (Do Not Logout) and when you use Google Chrome then Minimise or Close the Mobile App window (Do Not Logout) .
8. Kindly remember that “you can access your escholars account in only upto 4 devices or browsers.”(For Security Reasons we had made this Policy & restrict the Access in upto 4 Devices only)
9. Always use your Old device (Mobile Phone or Tab) and the SAME BROWSER (If you are using Google Chrome then use only Google Chrome & do not Open any another Browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) for login into the escholars account, because resetting of device may delete your downloaded data.
10. Kindly do not remove cookies from your Mobile device.

E MAIL ID CHANGE POLICY
Dear Student,
1. According to company policy we can not change your email ID.
2. It is recommended that you should change your password, it should be complex (make it alphanumeric with special sign) of escholars account.
3. If you are unable to change your password of escholars account (Like If you had Share your E Mail ID with your friend or with any other)then please let us know, we will deactivate your account. (In this case you need to repurchase your course.)

FORGOT / CHANGE PASSWORD RESET OPTION
Dear Student,
1. If you forgot (Or you want to change) your Password, then you can reset it by the option Forgot password as shown in the below mentioned Screen Shot
2. Go to the Login Page of Escholars and click on Forgot Password Button
3. The server will send you the OTP (One Time Password) or Password Reset Link on your registered E Mail ID or on your Registered Mobile Phone and then after entering the OTP you are able to change your password.

INSTRUCTIONS TO UPLOAD THE ANSWER SHEET
Dear Student,

Please note down the Important Instructions regarding the TEST PAPER


1. Write your Name, Registered Email Id, Phone number and State at the top of the answer sheet before starting the paper.

2. Be HIGHLY careful while uploading the answer sheet. Once you wrongly uploaded the answer sheet, you will not be able to rectify it.

3. You must upload your Answer Sheet within the Scheduled Time , Like if your Test Paper Timings are 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM , then you have to Submit/Upload your Answer Sheet upto 6:00 PM Only , If the Answer Sheet be uploaded after 6:00 PM , then it will not be evaluated.

IF THE QUESTION PAPER IS DESCREPTIVE

STEPS FOR UPLOADING YOUR ANSWER SHEET:

1. Write all the answers serial wise on any of your note book page or Register page with Black Pen (Ball Pen or Gel Pen)
2. Take images (Click the photo with Mobile phone) of answer sheets in VERTICAL FORM (not horizontal).
3. Make a Single PDF File of all the images in sequence using the Mobile App
“CAM SCANNER” or any other App.
4. Upload it in your course below the question paper before the recommended time. (Please Note that you can upload your Answer Sheet through the Mobile App or Through Google Chrome also)
5. However in any case, if you send the Wrong Image or Wrong File, we will send it back to you and advise you to Reload the Correct Answer Sheet on urgent basis, otherwise your Answer Sheet will not Checked on Time




IF IT IS A LIVE TEST

1. For the Live Test you have to be ready and advised to remember the following things
a) Your Device (Mobile Phone / Laptop or Tab should be properly Charged)
b) It is recommended that if possible then always use Broadband Internet Connection or If you are using Mobile Data then be at a place where the Signal Strength is 100%
2. Be Ready on the Scheduled Time and Start the Test
3. Click on the correct options (It will be an Objective Test)
4. You will get the options to Review the questions so in the beginning answer all the other questions which you know better and then in the end, answer the remaining reviewed questions.
5. After finishing the whole Test Paper it will ask for Submit , First review all your Answers and then press Submit button
6. Please note that you have to submit the Test, within the scheduled time
7. You will get the Result within 24 Hours
